I went to this location (Wilmington, DE off of Concord Pike) and required some assistance with determining, what products can help bring moisture to my hair. My hair was very dry. Tyler the manager at this location was very knowledgeable and patient. With his expertise, he was able to communicate and share some products that he believed, will work with the my texture of hair. I trusted his recommendations and my hair looks amazing! If you had a non happy experience there, suggest you give this location, another chance. I must say, after I left there, I felt more educated about my hair. The experience was rewarding. I highly recommend this location, for your beauty needs (business or personal) . Walked out empty handed. It's ok if you want beauty products a step up from a drugstore but not for a seasoned professional. Well stocked and clean no customers explains it all.

This is the BEST sally beauty location. Great service and good stock. Other Sally Beauty locations are not as good, this location is in my opinion the best. I will drive out of my way to get to this location.
