Sally Beauty

The lack of professionalism of two of the employees has caused me to stop coming to this Sally's altogether. Staff shouldn't speak ill of customers or staff. Yet this happens nearly every time I am in this store. What's even more disheartening is that one of them is a manager. The fact they feel so comfortable doing it out in the open goes to show why there is always a new face in this store. High turnover due to mean girls with high school mentality. So sad 😞 one of my favorite employees who was so talented quit recently due to their antics. Do better Sally's!

Alicia assisted me today. I was greeted right away. I wanted to go from my dirty blond ish hair to natural looking strawberry blonde. She listened to me and looked at a photo. She assisted me in choosing the exact perfect product which is hard when you are trying to go red. I'm 100% thankful for this amazing associate. I love my hair!! Thank you Sally's.

I went in today with mixed feelings about my hair. I showed the worker my hair and she was so kind and understanding. She even talked and engaged a conversation with my mom and I. I have a condition with my hair that causes me to lose it suddenly. She showed me this powder you sprinkle on and it fills in the balding/thinning hair. It matched my hair color also so I am very excited about it. I feel more comfortable going out in public without a beanie/hat on my head all of the time. <3 I don’t know your name but you are such an amazing person and I wish you the best! <3 🫶 this powder makes me feel like a whole different person. I actually feel like myself for once :) !

The workers are amazing and I love the paper bags they use, so considerate. And the cats always love them as well. 🩷❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜

Every single time I go in, the workers ALWAYS help me with my hair products. They are beyond kind & have even game me step by step instructions. Their hair products are awesome, too. I now can’t stay off IRO IRO. Recommend highly!
