i’ve been shopping at sally’s for a while now but the past few times i’ve came for my dye, i’ve been hounded into buying extra products i do not need. i understand i have a right to say no, but when you’ve said no you don’t want to purchase those items today at least three times and the employees have them rang up and won’t take them off the counter? what are you supposed to do? i would love to be able to ask for help and not get hounded into buying extra products please. i understand why they need to do this but no means no, i don’t like feeling uncomfortable the one place i have to buy my hair dye. i am not one to leave bad reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I had the most pleasant experience at this location that I've ever had at any other location. The lady working this morning was not only kind but incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to many locations that don't even speak to you. I honestly haven't gone to Sally's in years b/c it's usually stressful with disgruntled employees. This was my first time at the Wilkesboro location and I will continue to be a customer.

I’m from the city but I’ve lived in Wilkesboro for a few years. As an African American, I’ve had the most uncomfortable shopping experience ever here. As soon as I come in, I was met by what you’d expect was good customer service —yet I was interrogated and followed around while I walked myself to an area i was familiar with. I don’t know what happened to the prior management or employees—but your current employees don’t seem to trust black people just trying to figure out what the need before they rush them to shop and go.

The Hispanic female that was working on the day of 4/25/25 was the rudest worker i have ever met. As I approach the door she ran to the door and locked it. I will not be back period. Very unprofessional.

The two ladies that have been here the past 3 nights have been very helpful and went above and beyond helping me find all the products I needed and they were very patient with all my questions and answered to the best of their knowledge . I recommend shopping here 100%
