Wonderful customer service, everyone there is knowledgeable on what’s the best product, what to use for bleaching/how much to use, if you balling on a budget they’ll show you especially Cathy what’s the best bang for your buck. I’m never dissatisfied when I leave out of there.

The last few times that I visited a Sally's store, I had wonderful customer service. I had always wanted to try a demi permanent hair color. The clerk assisted me with expert knowledge and politeness. The second time was the same experience with customer service. Unfortunately I didn't browse much due to time constraints but I'd like to soon. They also have some cute items for Christmas 🎄🎁.

Would not recommend rude customer service refused to help to see if an item is in stock. Mind you no one was in the store. If you need a good store go to Ulta or Sephora

One of my favorite stores, I've never once had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Definitely would recommend! Edit: usually I stick to ION but this was on sale buy one get one so I decided to try it out and it gave me a chemical burn :(

The staff is always helpful when it comes to dying my hair or taking care of it in general. Decent prices and lots to look at in store
