I do not remember her name but she had black hair and I think a blue streak in it? Not sure, however I was dying my friends hair and she was extremely kind. She was so helpful with picking out the right products and explaining how they work. Since I was still a bit nervous about when to use each thing during the bleaching process, she even went as far as labeling each bottle for me. She should be in an employee training video of what customer service SHOULD look like. If the store manager is reading this PLEASE give this girl a raise. To be more specific I think we came in on Sunday Nov 16th and bought bleach, purple shampoo and purple hair dye.

I had an amazing experience thanks to a wonderful sales associate with red hair (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately!). I was looking for red hair dye and toner and felt a bit lost, but she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through some great options and even pointed out some fantastic offers. Her excellent customer service truly made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I love coming to Sally's! I usually come here to buy Proaclaim a hair gloss but I always walk out with more items than what I came for. Prices are great and staff is friendly, nice and always very helpful!

walked in with no knowledge on what i was doing (came for hair bleach, hair color, any other products i might need) and by the time i left i felt completely comfortable and confident with my purchase. Alexia was very friendly and helpful. legit felt like she was a friend by the end of the transaction because her patience and sincerity. she took me through step by step what i would need and how best i should do it. her advice worked and was very easy to follow. i felt compelled to write a review to praise her attitude, knowledge, and customer service skills. my hair came out great and i couldn’t be happier with it. huge shout out to her and all the help she gave
