I genuinely love the Sally team here! every time I come in, I’m greeted so warmly, and asked how am I doing and just truly seem to care! The Store manager Olivia is always so supportive and you can tell she cares for her team! I did see they changed there hours and are opened till 9pm mon-sat so that’s awesome!

Today I went to this location around 230 all of the lights were on the door was locked. I was There for over 10 minutes. Probably close to 20 by the time I left the parking lot. I was Excited to go into this location as it looks super new and well put together. When I got There I saw This paper but all of the lights were on. I stood There for a while waiting. Confused because all of the surround stores were running, people were inside of Chipotle next door eating. Started walking to my car as another customer approached. We both tried calling this locations number - each time we tried it said something along the lines of their associates being busy helping other customers. I called Twice. Myself and the other customer walked back to our cars and still no one was around. I waited and saw an

Showed a photo of a bottle of nail polish I picked up at the 900 east 5600 South store and was told in a condescending tone that I’d need to go to Walmart…just decided I’ll go to the Murray store from now on…snide attitudes aren’t a positive sign.

At least at this date (Dec 2023) this location is great! Clean, organized, stocked, open a few minutes before closing (yeah yeah I'm that person that rolls up right before, I try not to be but it happens when you work a lot!). The girl with the neon red/pink hair was very helpful 👍😊

I love this location, it’s my go to and close to my residence. The girls there have been super helpful and very nice. Even with new faces when I go in everyone has been nice. I’ve managed many people and they have great customer service. Thank you.
