You can tell these girls looove to be withholding. Tried to make a return and they had me call customer support to verify my identity?! 30 min on hold while they roll eyes. Yikes

love this sally’s! i work next door and i always come in for my hair dye. everyone is always so nice! i came in this morning to see if your store had a hammer i could borrow real quick and the person working there (BEAUTIFUL green hair) was so nice and let me borrow hers! thank you so much again :)

Do not have the audacity to not be white and above medium income to come and shop in this store. I walked in the door and the two employees were talking at the register I smiled and said "Hi how are you" and the one rolled her eyes at me, so I said "okay great I'm doing well too thank you", and she said "the audacity". I picked up the items I needed and an upper class white woman enters the store. The same employee who rolled her eyes at me said "hi how are you today, can I help you find anything?". Typical behavior for this area I guess, bad look for the company. Won't be back to this location ever.

I did not catch the name of the associate who helped me. She had 2 small star tattoos near her eyes and partially blonde/brown hair. I don't normally write reviews but she was extremely helpful!!! When I came in she said if you need anything to let them know, which was refreshing for me because I hate when employees immediately jump to follow you around. I have been doing my own hair platinum/ash blonde for 14 years now. Lately my hair hasn't taken the toner at the roots. So as I was looking at the usual toners she brought another customer over with her son who had a bleaching mishap where his hair was really yellow. She educated the mother on how to fix it and suggested multiple toners and explained the color results for each. I was impressed because a lot of employees don't really educat
