I hadn’t been in this establishment in years until yesterday. I felt like I was being watched by both employees. The young lady with the different colors in her hair. Did not want to give me a bag to put my eyeliner and mascara in. I had to insist on it. She said “ you can put it in your purse “! That’s not her choice to make. Nevertheless, after insisting on getting a bag to put my purchases in. She finally gave it to me. I probably won’t return to this beauty supply store. I’d rather travel to Port Arthur to Oprah’s beauty supply store.

Great store! As soon as I walk in the door, I'm greeted by one of their many knowledgeable staff members, all of whom are quick to assist me and help me get in and out with just what I needed.

I purchased a flat iron, but it didn't meet my satisfaction. I was able to return and exchange with ease. I have purchased other hair products in the past and I was satisfied with the varieties available.

I never go back to sallys in orange. Thank God my hair didnt fall out. I beached my hair for first time. Stupid black girl told me leave beach in my hair for 40 minutes. Which, almost destroyed my hair. Which i never go for any advice to anything in orange.

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I always recommend Sally’s for any at home hair care needs.
