I had such a wonderful experience at this location! The store is clean, organized, and always stocked with exactly what I need from hair color to styling products and everything in between. What truly makes this location stand out is the new manager. She has completely transformed the atmosphere of the store. It feels warm, welcoming, and positive the moment you walk in. She’s so easy to talk to approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products. You can tell she really cares about her customers. The entire staff now reflects that same friendly energy, and it makes shopping there such a pleasant experience. It wasn't like this a few months ago! I Highly recommend this location five stars without a doubt!

I’ve been here a few times for vegan and cruelty free products. They have a good selection and the people who helped me were very nice and knew exactly what products would work for me. I am grateful they have a selection vegan and cruelty free options!

I came into the store and what i could assume is a new girl had asked if i needed any help, and i wanted to know where these generic hair care stuff would be. guy named kyle interrupted and asked if i was shopping for myself or a service like instacart, and when i mentioned that im shopping for instacart, he told the girl not to help me because “we have our roles to play” and that my job is to shop. like sir you have extensive knowledge on where your products are, and all i wanted was a direction as to where they would be. didnt ask for you to do my job. didnt mention specifics or brand names for them to be so blatantly rude just because i’m shopping for someone else. he proceeded to talk down on people who do these delivery services while i was finding my items just because sometimes they

I wish I could give 0 stars. Employee was so blatantly rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I was in a hostile environment. I am mind blown at the lack of customer service and how downgrading I felt being in there. Never in my life have I experienced such a feeling in any place I’ve walked into. I feel extremely upset. Do not support a place like this. I will never be back again after being a longtime customer. I will no longer support a store that does not even care about my business or making me feel welcome. I feel like I was judged and verbally targeted. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude person who showed no remorse for what they were doing and had such a lack of self awareness. Wow.
