Sally Beauty

I went to Sally's over lunch today and remembered why I love it so much. I was treated like gold. Both sales people were helpful, thoughtful, and made me feel special. Not only are the products good, the employees are too, and make all the difference.

Went in to the store looking for two specific ION products. There was none of either product on the shelf. When I asked the sales associate if there was any in the back, she pointed to a stack of boxes at the back of the store and said there is probably some in one of those boxes, but made no effort to look. When I asked for recommendations for similar products, the sales associate said there were no similar products. I continued shopping and was able to find similar products in a different brand that were more expensive. I chose to shop in the store vs. online to save shipping costs. However, I ended up spending more in the store than I would have if I shopped online and paid for shipping. Very disappointing experience.

Went in tonight to get my daughter some conditioner & as we are leaving i see the girls taking pic of my car for what? I didnt steal, I didn't have issue, was very nice while in the store, they made me feel uncomfortable and like a criminal. I will never go back due to this issue ill go back to online shopping with the company directly. This was around 430p on Dec 3rd.

Logan is an amazing salesperson, we were so lucky to meet him. Real professionals work here.

I don't think some of these girls that work there are qualified to give any of the caller spectrums for correction. Every time I go in there I spent over $50 and I get the worst advice sorry but I won't be going in there to try to ask questions anymore
