The young ladies are delightful, always extremely helpful and willing to take the time to understand my over the top needs. Never seem to find the manager though, unsure if this location has one or not, but they need to step it up! the girls could use a strong back bone!

Love this location. They always have a large variety of hair dyes and nails to choose from. Super polite and helpful staff. Especially Sam. I've been coming for years and have never had a bad experience with customer service or finding what I need

Jamie was super helpful helping us pick out the color I was looking for! She helped us get all the products and supplies we needed for dying hair. Super sweet and helpful!💕

I swear, I'll be glad when robots replace all of the associates that have stank attitudes. I agree with the other reviewers. Some of the associates' attitudes are crass and lack sensibility. You can tell they don't want to be there. My suggestion until the robots take over is why don't the associates with crappy attitudes work on a farm or in a barn where no customer service is involved.
