Heather and Hailey were absolutely wonderful here! This is the Sally’s I have used for the past 13 years never has service been better than it was today. They deserve a raise. They are wonderful.💖💖💖

I had a great experience at Sally's, thanks to Jean's exceptional customer service. I already knew what I wanted, but had questions. Jean was prepared to all my questions and she was super sweet with my 4 years old. She made sure I was purchasing the right product for my hair needs. Her expert advice on how to use the product based on my hair type was really helpful and I absolutely love how my hair came out. P.s. I cut my own hair so there’s definitely a difference in lengths incase you think it’s not me. 🤣

I visited this location on Sunday and received minimal to no customer service. When I entered the store, I was not greeted by either associate, who were both located at the register. One was ringing up a customer and the other was looking at her phone. No one asked me if I needed help. I proceeded to look around, and still even after the sale associate finished the transaction, neither associate asked if I needed help. It was not until I walked up to the register and stated that I needed help. I told them what I was looking for, one girl was willing to help me find it the other kept saying "we don't have it," which she was correct but her attitude about it was very unsettling. Since the item was not available, I said okay, asked about another item and immediately after they showed it to me

I was greeted, then I go to check out and had to pull up my coupon cause i have spent alot of money in this store and she rolled her eyes and then wouldnt use it and failed to tell me if I spent another 1.05 I would recieve a free bag.iam appalled at my service not to mention gave me a paper bag and put 2 liter bottles of Biolage in it abnd 2 32ouncebottles of creme developer which ripped in the parking lot! Great people working there, NOT!!!!

I went in looking for hair extensions for my wedding. I went to another store previous to this one but they did not have what I needed so they recommended going to this store. I walked in and was ignored by the person at the register. I found my way to the hair extensions, luckily they were in the front, and started looking at what they had. I was standing there trying to read what the package said but some of them were locked onto the rack. The two employees, were either at the register or walking past me, and never asked if I needed anything or maybe help with getting the product off the rack so I could read it, especially since they watched me struggle trying to read it while attached to the rack. Finally, I had had enough and walked out of the store after 5-10 minutes of NO ONE o
