Went in with my sister knowing what she needed and the worker continued to say her hair was too dark for a toner. How does she even know that we weren’t gonna bleach it again before? They clearly don’t want to make money and were just rude instead of helpful. Not even professional cosmetologists or anything. Just better to order online.

Sometimes you just find genuinely great people who are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you! 💯 My daughter and I were looking for hair dye for her, and—as a Dad—I am clueless in that department. Well, Lucero was there and gave us a crash course in dying hair … everything from how pastels don’t turn out as well w/ darker hair (w/o bleaching first), to what water temperature gives best results, and everything in between. The care and time she took in helping us was reflective of someone who wants the experience & information provided to be as top tier for the customer as it would be if she were doing it for her own hair. Keep up the great work, Lucero! You were friendly (in a real way), informative, professional, and so, so helpful w/ making sure we had all the knowledge we need

I went with my daughter and the employee, in a few words, kicked me out of the place. Terrible service, I'm never going back to shop there again.

The last two times I've been in there I know what I'm going for. Just want to grab it and go. Today I wasn't the only person they were rude to. They were actually rude to an elder lady that came in behind me that knew what she wanted but they wanted to argue with her that that's not what she needed. So from what I gather is if you don't pick it out for the customer, you're not happy with their purchase. Rudeness with a smile they nailed it.

Absolutely atrocious online ordering experience and customer service. So yesterday I placed an online order for (amongst 12 other items) I purchase 2x bottles of the wella 20 vol developer (small bottles $4.49 each). My fiance picked up my order for me and upon inspecting the order, 1 of the bottles of wella was missing. And they were no longer open. So this morning I placed another order for a large bottle ($9.99 bottle) and a pack of gloves. I also called sallys and explained the discrepancy with yesterday's order and asked if they could include the missing developer in the order my fiance was coming to pick up. They said no problem just bring receipt. However after I got my second online order from them, the large bottle of wella was missing this time. Running short on time to do what I
