👎🏽 The ladie that worked tonight closed 3 minutes early and just looked at me wouldn’t open the door… Why rush to get off if u don’t wanna work quit!!
The store manager was super rude and refused to follow the company return policy, even after I called the Sally Beauty customer care number and let them speak to the employees. Go elsewhere if you would like kindness.
I can’t remember her name but the girl in there helped me out so much! Gave me recommendations on so much! I had no idea on what to get so she helped me get stocked up for my hair goals and I left learning a lot !
Went out of my way to get to this store and they were closed at 730 even though the door said 8pm for Friday. The employee was inside closing out the register. Multiple people tried walking in after me. Not a good look for business.
New manager (Crystal) is lazy and incompetent. Suggests a high lift with a 40 volume developer? Like of course my hair is ruined! She used to be the manager at the Staunton location apparently and she should really go back. This location was better without her. 🤦♀️
