I went to return a straightening brush purchased six days prior for my mother, but my initial return request was denied due to an alleged, and to me, unfamiliar return policy. Following an explanation of my dissatisfaction and subsequent contact with corporate headquarters, which confirmed the store's misapplication of policy, my return attempt today was met with the assertion that a return could have been processed had I waited/didn't have an attitude. The manager then reprimanded me for contacting corporate, attributing the situation to my conduct. Given my frequent business travel, this was unacceptable. Her subsequent argumentative and dismissive behavior was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Despite my statement that I would not engage in further argument, she persisted in promoting

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable! They are happy to help with any hair issue you as long as you already have some general knowledge of what you want and your looking for.

Sallys is always where I get my hair color and supplies. The employees are always helpful and sweet.

They post online and business hours they are open till 7 but they are liars!!!! Correct your time! Some people drive a distance!
