So I just left the store very disappointed. The website says they have two of the hair gloss conditioner I was looking to buy online. The product was not on the shelves. I asked the store clerk to check the back because it says they have it online. He just could not be bothered to even check. He just shrugged his shoulders and said “it happens sometimes”. Thank god I didn’t order online for store pickup!!!!

Hi! Only posting two stars for now to get the attention of owners, will remove after! But could I please make a suggestion to update your store hours on google to reflect the actual hours posted at the store. You don’t open till 10 but I showed up at 930 because the listing online says 9am and open! Thank you so much!

This store used to be great. This is no longer the case. The employee I asked for help from seemed “burdened” for having customer interaction. She had absolutely zero knowledge on any of the merchandise. I had to google to figure out what I needed. The other girl behind the register was clearly having a bad day. She had a angry look on her face the whole time. She was also wearing pajamas to work which really made me scratch my head. Sally’s has definitely lowered its standards as far as who they hire. They need a new manager asap. I won’t be going back. I’ll drive further somewhere else. It was that bad.

Not ever had a bad experience. I am usually always greeted and heloed finding good hair color or assistance with finding the right nail color. The sales associates are always friendly and really take pride in what they sell.

I’ve been shopping at this Sally’s for almost 8 years. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Max and they gave me thorough, genuine advice to achieve pink hair, while still being attentive to and greeting other customers. Give them a raise please, will be back after bleaching !
