There’s a girl working here who is really amazing. I wish I caught her name but I over heard her helping another customer and she sounded very knowledgeable about the topic they spoke of. She also helped me pick out the acetone I needed and gave me a bunch of tips that were super helpful. I just had to write a review because I want to make sure her great service doesn’t go unnoticed. If it helps she was working the evening of 12/26!

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visits to your store. While the younger staff members consistently provide excellent service, I have had several disappointing experiences with another employee. On four separate occasions, an older associate with colorful hair (who appeared to intentionally hide her name badge) failed to acknowledge me or offer assistance, even after making eye contact. Most concerningly, I observed her providing a much higher level of attentive service to other customers while remaining dismissive toward me. As a frequent customer, I find this unprofessional.

The employees are not friendly at this location. The customer service is subpar. The manager (I think) was helpful, but other than that, I did not feel welcomed. In fact, I felt a bit judged. No smiles. No, "Thank you, have a great day". Nothing. I went on 2 separate occasions, with different staff on duty, and both times the customer service experience sucked. Do better.

Super rude girls tonight, I go in all the time and tonight 2 girls I've never seen before were in, didn't want to help me find what I was looking for, just had a very rude attitude unbelievable. Picture is what I was buying for a doordash. If you work with people you should be NICE. Disgusted honestly never felt so judged and unwelcome in my life

Debbie is the kindest woman 💕 that woman deserves a HUGE raise ! Super helpful and knows what colors you need! She helped me choose the best color for my hair! 10/10 customer service!
