Today I visited the Sally in Warner Robins Ga. The first time in over 10 years. Looking for some products to use on my natural hair. This was my 3rd stop , no one seems to have this product in stock. The store had such a welcome vibe. The associate Grace greeted me. Grace was very pleasant , helpful and attentive to my needs. Grace provided awesome customer experience. We live in a time where good Customer Services are so rare.I truly appreciated that act of kindness that was shown on today.

Never ever answers their phone, I’ve called different days and times.

Grace was an amazing help !! I had made an order online but when I went to pick it up I asked her professional opinion and she helped me switch a few things. She took the time to explain the process of how to achieve the results I was looking for. Kind of late on a Saturday but she was very sweet and knowledgeable. Thanks Grace you ROCK!!

I went to Sally Beauty tonight to look for a specific lip gloss, and immediately I got assistance from the associate, Vee (V). Though they did not carry the brand of gloss I was looking for, she showed me what other options were closest to what I was looking for. I ended up finding a different gloss that works great for one of my desired looks! She was so sweet and very helpful, and this was the best experience I've had since I started shopping here. I've already told some of my peers about this great experience and I will be returning to shop when I have more time!
