Sally Beauty

I no longer live in Waldorf but have family who does. So yesterday when i came to visit, I stopped in to get a few things. The two ladies there didn't rush me, they paid attention to see if I needed help. I wish I would've gotten their names so I could let their boss and corporate know. They had such beautiful spirits and warm smiles. I have never had issues in the past with this store and it is so much better than the one in Lanham. They may not always have everything I need but they offer suggestions on other Sally's that may have it. For the young lady that felt followed, perhaps someone wasn't good at knowing how to read people in order to help.

When i tell you ciara (i hope i spelled her name correctly) is the best!!! Omg she’s so helpful, very nice. She listens to what you need or looking for and will recommend the best products for you. Customer service exceeds my expectations every time. I’m spoiled when i go there i always look or ask for her. But i have no complaints at all with this location. Overall, everyone is knowledgeable, nice and helpful but ciara is that girl 100%.

Sally's is wonderful! Excellent customer service! I was able to walk in pick up my hair products, pay, discount and on my way back home!! The representative did come to help me find one product I was looking for in the store! Sally's in Waldorf, MD

It's okay. It's really small. Most of the ladies are nice. The store doesn't have a good variety of hair products. It's better for me to just order online or go to another store. I don't avoid the store, it's just that going to the store usually leaves me disappointed.

Store is always clean, organized and has a great selection. Only minus today was, I asked for a particular product, a porosity equalizer Young lady said oh we are all out. I asked her where it is usually kept, she didnt know. I asked if they have more than one kind, she said no.I asked if she could check and make sure they dont have and she said shes not able to on computer. To make a long story shorter I went on website to see what bottle looked like, I then found it by myself plus 3 other kinds. My advice to employee: If u dont know then actually try to figure it out. Dont just give up and not follow through with customer.
