Beyond mad at the fact that I pull up to get a few things. Waco location is supposed to open at 10 am. Not a person in sight. Doors are still locked lights still off. Do better. Get employees that will be on time.

We purchased the Andis T-Outliner Trimmer at Sally Beauty Supply store at 5201 Bosque blvd today 3/12/25. We plugged them up to see if they worked and the product is defective. ALSO, It states on the receipt if the clippers were “unused”, in its original package and have the receipt, they would refund or exchange the trimmer. All we want is our money back or the trimmers replaced. Sally Beauty Supply does not honor their receipts, products and/or customers. Called customer service and they certainly wasn’t any help.We don’t have money to be paying for defective products. Will not shop again!

I went on to get the product I needed. And the Assistant manager gave me another referral to increase the platinum look. Well, my hair came out purple. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager. Not a I'm sorry or no sympathy. Just keep washing it, and it will get better. WHAT? REALLY! I've never had such a cold response to a mess like this. Even when I went back the next day to see the assistant manager, still coldness! I'm so done with them.

Well I used to love Sally's until yesterday. I bought quite a few products in there and at the check out they informed me they are charging for the bags now! Plan paper bags. Really! That's soooo ridiculous. Won't be back. It's the principal.

I tried calling and it gave a long ring then gave a busy signal. So I drove the location and the lady was very rude. Sally's got to do better. I let the lady know I tried calling and explained what it did. Oh it didn't ring. Then I asked if they have a certain color and she was just rude. If you dont want to work, go home and stop being rude to your customers...
