I always have good experiences going into Sally's. They have a great selection of hair products and all the essentials you'll need to do hair. Ladies at the counter were very sweet and informative. I didn't get the girl's name but she was very helpful when I asked her about some hair products I needed to get for my client.

Associate was friendly and professional. She helped my wife find the hair color she needed... I recommend this location based on their customer service.

Tried to visit and shop at this store today 8/30/25. Online, and the automated system upon calling both confirmed this store opened at 9:00am. I arrived at 9:20am andthe store was not open and the doors were locked, I sat in the parking lot and waited and saw other customers walk up and leave as well. I ran another errand and came back around 9:55am and the store was still not opened. I called again and opted to wait to speak to somebody at the store this time and nobody answered. Very disappointed, please have accurate store hours posted online or even on the storefront. I expect much more from a franchise business.

I can’t help but feel like I did not get treated like a fair customer.

We went in for some shampoo and clearly there was some training going on. We were respectful of that and didn’t want to interrupt, but no acknowledgement came. I would have thought part of the “on floor” training would be greeting the customer or if busy some form of acknowledgment that we were there. It should be high on the list of must do’s. But no the training continued until we said “excuse me can I ask a question?” You would have thought the question was “give me your car keys.” Rude, couldn’t be bothered and clearly the wrong person to train the next generation of customer facing assistants. We got what we wanted and left. We will not be back.
