Sally Beauty

I went in there to get brown hair dye and the manager I believe her name is Michelle or something like that recommended me the products I bought because I had no idea what to use. She swore that if I used these products and follow HER instructions that I’d get the color I was wanting. Well I dye my hair and do it the way she says and with the products she recommended me but my hair came out the complete opposite color! This woman said she went to school in cosmetology and was acting like she really knew her stuff but in reality she gave me a very wrong recommendation. She should not be allowed to work at a beauty store.

I will not shop here ever again! The employees including the store manager are crooked and lie. I bought hair extensions that were previously opened and contacted customer service. Customer service then said for me to take them in the store so they could do an inspection and if they weren’t used I could return them. The store manager stated that they weren’t used but she won’t refund me the money. She also stated that she could see that they were tied to the back like they were suppose to be and unopened through the box but you can’t see through the box. Sally’s is a joke and so are their employee’s.

I called the store for the hours but this hateful girl closed 5 mins early and my 3 year old wanted her ears like mo.s with earrings in them , it was the only thing she wanted . But the girl working was so read to leave and so hateful I will ne er go back to this store in Vidalia Georgia .

I wish I would have got the employees name, but I do know she had tattoos and I think a nose piercing, I walked in and she helped me with everything I needed, down to a T, the best customer service I’ve had in a while, so sweet and knew exactly what I needed when I told her!!

This place has gone downhill fast! The employees do not seem to have the knowledge they once did. Management is very rude. There is no honesty or integrity at this place anymore. I doubt I will ever step into ANY Sally Beauty Supply ever again. That’s how bad they are!
