RUDE & unhelpful cashier. Unable to answer simple questions about hair color with developer. If you have ANY questions this isn’t the right store to ask them at. Much better odds traveling to a different Sally’s.

The store assistant manager Natalie was completely rude. I came in to make a return and she came off with so much attitude for no reason. If you’re miserable with your job in customer service get another job. I hope one day someone returns your hospitality.

Convenient shop to purchase salon products at a discounted price. Professional ceramic curling and flat irons can be found at a great deal.

The employee with the green hair was so helpful and had a lot of patience despite all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products that i needed to maintain my hair color. Thank you Natalie!

Went in to buy an acid home use perm and was told by the mgr that we needed a license to purchase it. I called corporate and they said we did not need a license. Wont shop there again. Will go somewhere else. Have had issues with the mgr there on other occasions.
