very nice store! clean, well organized- everything was easy to find. the young woman who was on staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and wasn’t obstructive about my service dog or disability, which is always much appreciated. in terms of hair dye they had tons of Arctic Fox options, including the big bottles which I haven’t seen at too many Sally’s locations in the past, but is always ideal for folks with thick or long hair. all in all, a pleasant experience!

Nice store. I seem to find almost what I need every time but they could be bigger. Store is kinda small.

I can't speak highly enough of the customer service here!! I ordered a 2 hour delivery... 4 hours later it still had not arrived... I called the store and they assured that it had been picked up- then gave me customer service number... customer service checked tracking which stated it had been returned to store (it had not)- I was refunded for my order- but still needed the products... so I placed a new order- since it was past 4:00, I assumed I would not receive until the next day.... an hour later my products arrived!! Now THAT'S customer service... some things are out of our hands... and I realize that- but going above and beyond for a customer - that's true customer service!! Thank You!!

i was coming in trying to find some dye, went with the employees recommendation which was ION. DO NOT BUY ION!!!!!First off, Sally’s partners with ion. It did not only damage my hair, the color did not stick at all. The tubes they come in are super annoying to begin with to get any of the dye out, i completely soaked my hair and the color still didnt come out. wish i could get my money back. upset they recommended me something that damaged my curls

really awesome location of Sally’s, the employees have genuine knowledge and understanding of the product. Impeccable customer service. Could not recommend enough.
