WARNING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF THE TALL BLONDE IS THERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE!!! I have visited this store twice. My first visit was wonderful, the associate went beyond and located what I needed at another store, so sorry I did not get her name. My second visit was a complete horror show. I encountered the MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL. Tall blonde who I have surmised is the Manager, which would not give me her name. Her attitude was beyond anything I have ever dealt with in any Sally Beauty in my life. She was so busy talking away standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. While I was in the store today, an extremely rude customer behaved in a completely inappropriate and abusive way—throwing products and making offensive comments about Bre. Despite this, Bre remained calm, professional, and respectful in a situation no employee should ever have to endure. Her composure and kindness truly stood out, and she handled herself with grace under pressure. Sally Beauty is lucky to have her. I hope management recognizes her professionalism and takes customer harassment seriously. Bre did absolutely nothing to deserve that treatment. I have been a customer of yours for over a decade. I always purchase the Ion permanent hair color. (7N & 8AA). I could not find the 8AA at this store, which is the closest store to where we life. The associate/employee, a tall female with long blonde hair, asked if my wife and I needed help. We could not find the 8AA so I asked if they had it. She stated that Ion does not make a 8AA. I stated that we always shop at Sally's for this particular hair color. She adamantly said that Ion does not make an 8AA. She then said, "YOU JUST SEEM AGITATED WITH ME." I wasn't agitated until she became argumentative. I never expressed my feelings.
