This message is for the white lady with the glasses that works there. Yesterday I came in the store to buy a comb that I purchased there about 3 years ago. The lady kept following me in the store and asked me did I need help three times. FYI Karen just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm a thief. I don't steal and you do not have to follow me around the store. If I was white would you had done that. I don't think so.

Walked in to ask about a product, the associate didn’t even try to come from behind the counter because she was too busy gossiping. She told me whatever was on the shelf was all they had. When I turned to leave she passive aggressively told me to have a good day. Step up your customer service skills.

Darlene is always there, elder Caucasian woman, always gossiping about other coworkers and customers. I honestly dread coming here but the good ones are across the bridge. Today, I ask if our number registered as they usually do tell you, she was nasty “uhmm hmmm, cash or card? Cash or card?” She uses the words corporate instills in them but always with a high sense of annoyance. I was trying to put my card away and she pushed the receipt towards me I take it as I’m looking down (check cameras) and she said “mmmm mmm!” I said excuse me? Clearly puzzled by her reaction, “you gone snatch from so I said MMMM MMMM!” I said oh wow what’s your name I’m calling corporate you are always so nasty. Went there on Saturday 5/23 at about 11:40am. The woman that helped me was so nice, I bought two developers and two things of bleach powder. After she brought out my items, i looked in the bag and she put little cocoa butter samples to nourish my hair! So sweet, didn’t have to do that! Customer satisfaction 100%, i wish I got her name.

Love this place. They always have what I want...most of the time. I love the sales and all the free gifts I get from spending my money. LOL I am a regular here so all the girls know me. They are always helpful...very courteous..just great customer service in our store. Its my natural hair product haven and nail product fun land.
