Literally just put all of my items back and went to the Broadway location. I couldn’t even think of what all I needed bc the associate keep asking me what all I needed? GEEZ LET ME LOOK!!!! The customer service is great but back off a little there’s no need to badger people when they are shopping.

I JUST WANT TO SHOP IN PEACE !! As soon as you come in they immediately ask you “what are you shopping for “ and then they follow you and watch you like a hawk until you check out !!!! I only needed 1 Sally’s product from the store but from now on I will be doing my shopping online and in peace . I’m not sure if that’s Sally’s policy but it’s very uncomfortable and annoying . How about “ welcome to Sally’s , let us know if you need anything “ I promise will never be back . I wish I could give zero stars

If I could do a 0 star rating I would! Manager gilda was very rude and disrespectful, also recommended me to use processing caps for a permanent color (which needs to be uncovered in order to oxidize!) Will be shopping at the broadway store from now on!!

I often shop here and try to leave without the help of associates, because I have previously dealt with unpleasant experiences with the staff. During my last visit, I brought my two stepsons with me to help them buy styling products for the upcoming school year. We were looking at the brushes and one of the associates (woman with short hair) yelled at us to put them back. She then proceeded to follow us around the store as we shopped. The encounter was embarrassing since she yelled at us loudly in front of other customers, and the rest of my shopping experience was uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, it seems that this is a regular issue with that associate and children. The other staff member was extremely sweet to us and answered our questions.
