I went on 5/8/25 for hair dye right as they were closing and they were so so sweet and I want to thank them for letting me get it that late

DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you have a serious issue with their products they refuse to make it right. I bought 4 boxes of the same brand dye. 2 of one color and 2 of another. I have used these exact same 2 colored dyes for the past year. Put them on my hair and now the left side of my hair is falling out, scalp is burnt, and the color just dissapeared. How the hell does a bright magenta color just not show up on blonde hair??????? But the rude clerk and the manager said they wont replace the 2 dyes or give me my money back for a faulty product they sold because I used it. How else would you know that something is wrong with a product? Guess? Read its mind? NO, you use it! I have been a loyal customer to Sally's and this store specifically for years. Not after today. Dont take your business here

order was cancelled before the 3 day mark, when i tried calling it has been saying all circuits are busy for hours, as if they have calls turned off. will not be reordering from this store and will never shop here again.

I love this place they so wonderful hair coloring there that is a lot better then walmarts they people is really good at helping you and answer and questions you have and they are so really nice people i love the people that work here

The service in this store is absolutely AWFUL!!!! The women with the pink hair who I presume is in charge had absolutely no manners…
