Asked a young beatiful lady for help & a larger heavier girl (which was her coworker) with crazy colors in cut both me and her coworker off & COULDNT be more bothered acted like i was an inconvenience & disturbance. very rude then she just pointed to a shelf then said “that one” didnt even say a brand a name just “that one” & she was very far from didnt even know what she pointed to….didnt even help me at all and continued talking to her new coworker about her life (her coworker looked uncomfortable)

Tried to come 10 minutes before closing because my developer was expired and I had everything mixed up already. Get here and everything was locked up, dark, and obviously had been shut down for awhile. Why even have hours if you're going to close to when you feel like it? Cool. Now all my dye is wasted and I've lost 60$ worth of hair color. At this point I'm so done with Sally's inconsistentcies in hours (opening and closing) I'll figure out somewhere else to buy my hair products from. I'd rather drive further to somewhere that I know will be open than show up and be screwed over because whoever was working decided to close early.

The only Sally’s close to me is the one on 71st , I get that people try to steal stuff, but it is very annoying and disrespectful to be starring at me when I’m trying to grab a product, they treat you depending how you look or dress, today I came in and I was on a call and trying to put my stuff down and I see this girl staring at me like I was stealing, I don’t have the need first and foremost, and second, just because today I’m running errands and I’m not looking my best mean that they have to look at me the way they do, if you are too concerned about people stealing then you should be at the register instead of your back room. Not going anywhere because this is close but it’s very annoying having to deal with this every time.

I have to put this out there- the person who helped me save my hair today was wonderful. I didn’t catch their name, but they had piercings and cool makeup and short pinkish blonde hair. They recommended exactly what I needed to go from (unintentional) bright neon orange, to a natural ginger color, and it worked so well! saved me from getting in trouble with my boss about my hair color! thank you so so so much! <3
