Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a body piercing at Sally Beauty, an item that was quite expensive. Upon opening the box at home, I discovered it was broken and wouldn’t close properly. It had clearly been placed in the packaging in a way that concealed the damage, making it appear intact. The next morning, I returned to the store seeking a solution. The staff member on duty was not only dismissive and unsympathetic, but also outright rude. She informed me that store policy prohibits returns on body jewelry, even if the item was sold defective. This policy was never communicated to me at the time of purchase. Amazing!! Josh was great, I was dying my hair cowboy copper and he was extremely helpful, gave me lots of tips and super sweet. I definitely recommend you talk to him when you visit 😁😁

This store is the absolute BEST! I usually get my hair done professionally however, I have been out of town and unable to coordinate so I went with an online “hair consultant” and well (DON’T DO IT) they sold me a lot of extras… Cliff notes: My hair came out brown/brass I waited a week, went in to get a lighter color and the ladies in store consulted me and come to find out I don’t need hardly ANY of what I was sold…(see receipts) and my hair cane out BEAUTIFUL! They REALLY KNOW what they’re talking about! Very sweet, knowledgable and very professional!!

I went into sally beauty looking for hair developer to lighten my hair, it was amazing. The lady who worked in the front was really helpful. I’ve never put any dyes, bleach , chemicals in my hair. So I was asking a lot of questions, she reassured me and completely knew where I was coming from. I already lighten my hair twice, I really love the color. Would highly recommend going. Sweet lady, reassuring, and if your not really sure on what you want/ need she can help you, or the manager who was also a big help.

Dont know who the girl was who helped my husband but he gave her pictures of what i wanted and the color clearly stated on the box... She gave him the wrong color. Not too happy about it.. Colbolt blue is clearly not plum purple....smh
