They dont honor their own policy of love it or return it policy lady was very short and sparky when i asking questions on why they dont honor their own policy.

All the girls were goofing off in the back, I was standing at the counter for about 2 minutes and nobody was coming, finally I had to say can somebody please check me out…she then came up to the register with attitude so I explained to her I was rushing for a reason. Very unprofessional. You don’t treat customers like that when your not the one doing your job! They all were staring at me as I was driving off like weirdos! I will not return to this Sally’s anymore!

She was very knowledgeable of the products and also went above and beyond in explaining everything to me.. she is a awesome she walked me through different products gave me advice and best of all she is patient to your needs!! i loved her!! excellent customer service!!
