So I went there and bought a Seche Vite base and top coat. When I arrived home I found out that the polish inside where another used and old nail polish. My husband went there today and explained what happened. They didn't return the money because the package was open 🙄, they sold me a product that was obviously a return and was exchanged with old nail polish. So please beware. Check your products on the spot. They won't return your money and won't believe you. They rather loss a client. Never coming back.

Great experience. I messed up my hair and the customer service I received was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed to get to fix my orange hair 😳😭🧡 I love Halloween, but that's not what I was going for 😆. I'll definitely be back.

Go in and ask for Tammy! She was on the sales floor and helped me to select the right shampoo and conditioner to get the brassiness out of the blonde! She instructed me as to the frequency of usage and how long to let the product set in. Very much appreciated!

I had an online order and needed to return multiple items. The process was very complicated but I am so glad that I was accomodated xand my return was processed. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with what has happened to my hair. I have been coloring my hair since I was 13 year old. Sallys was always my go-to place for hair color. This past time I went, it was for a natural brown hair color to do over my faded out red hair that I have colored brown over before with no issue. I had asked for a light brown, natural color. The worker at the shop suggested Ion Color Brilliance in shade 4NN. After applying, I dried it and found my hair is BLACK. It is splotchy and looks awful. I went back to Sallys the next day and all the worker had to say was the person that helped me the day before was mistaken and given me the incorrect product. Refused to give me a refund even though I brought back the boxes and payment method used when purchasing. I am very
