Such a great experience! Went in for a pickup order and not only was it ready early, Daniella was SO helpful. She was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to color my hair. Absolutely incredible service and Daniella was SUCH a sweetheart. She completely deserves a raise and promotion!!

I walked in and two ladies that I assume both work there, were speaking loud Spanish to each other. They looked up and both said Hi. Before I had a chance to to ask for help (I’ve never been there before and needed help finding something that had been recommended to me) they turned away and continued their convo. Wow! Rude. I just wandered around looking for what I had a pic of on my phone. These women NEVER stopped talking to each other! I took my items to the register and one of them rang me up, while still talking to the other lady. She put it in a bag and I left. The woman never looked at me! Customer Service training is very much needed in this store! I doubt I’ll be back.

I do go to Sally for so many years. There have everything I need. People ,there are friendly and helpful. I love this store.

Would be 5 stars if the last time I came they were opened on time. Whomever was scheduled to open didn't until an hr after. Prices aren't cheap, but have every kind of polish and accessories you may need.

What a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting this salon and came in for a basic mani/pedi. Both Allysa and Shelly are not only professional and technically talented in their nail work but also very friendly in their demeanor. The salon was immaculate and inviting. It’s been quite some time since I have enjoyed a salon appointment so much and my nails look gorgeous. I truly recommend their services and will definitely be returning in the future.
