I walked in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do with my hair. The person that helped me got me products that were perfect for my hair type, and also helped me with realistic expectations for what it could end up looking like and that made it so I was not only pleasantly surprised but over the moon with my results. I wish I got their name but the employee with the purple hair was so helpful and I would go back for their input with any new color process

I rarely stop in at Sally’s but I was nearby and decided to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by both associates. But Lyric specifically made sure to ask if I needed assistance. I asked her for her recommendations of course, but what stood out to me was her personality. We’re going back and forth complimenting one another, being gals.. I’d enjoyed the conversation so much I almost left without the product I came for. That’s what you want when you walk into a store. Someone who treats you well no matter what you buy. I could care less if the product sucks if I’m dealing with a nice human like her. Thank you Lyric ❣️

You need to conduct an internal investigation into this store’s manager for abuse of power, hostile escalation, and an inappropriate threat of trespass toward a customer. If not for the blonde associate with long hair who intervened, I would have been removed from the store without cause. I entered the store after a long workday with my 6-year-old son. I work in social services and crisis de-escalation with women and children fleeing domestic violence. I was quiet, tired, and focused on shopping. A blonde associate initially greeted me and asked if I needed help. I responded softly that I was all set while crouched down reading toner boxes and speaking with my child. I went in recently for a protein hair product but didn’t have a positive shopping experience. The first associate wouldn’t recommend a protein product for my hair since I color my hair with a toner, and she said protein will strip color from the hair. I told her I didn’t mind and I could recolor my hair, but she insisted I shouldn’t use a protein product, even if my hair needs it. The second associate tried multiple times to get me to buy an 8-in-1 hairdryer set when I repeatedly said “no, I’m not going to buy a new hairdryer today”. When she suggested an 8-in-1 product, I thought she was talking about an 8-in-1 spray for wet hair. It felt like an opportunity to unload an expensive hairdryer onto an unsuspecting customer. I’ll stick to buying products online or from other locations.

i stopped in here briefly after not being able to find what i needed at target. i was looking for some hair products and left with exactly what i was looking for! i was helped by lyric and she was very kind and helped me find the items i needed 😊 ill definitely be shopping here more!
