Sally Beauty

Whack! I’m against nails. But these people purposely never make their nails stick so the customer keeps coming back to waste money. A customer helped, is a customer lost in their eyes!

Went to Sally to look for nail supplies. Brought my two 15 year old sister with me. Went and was greeted by an older associate and then proceeded to be followed around by her. I didn’t even notice because I was busy looking for my mail stuff. The younger girls noticed and kept trying to tell me. We kept moving around when the two girls decided to take photos in the giant mirror. Once we left, one of my sisters proceed to tell me the associate gave her the middle finger. I was confused and then my sister proceeded to show me a photo. Clear as day you see the associate following/watching my sisters take photos, right next to me. In one photo you see the associate clear as day giving her the finger. We got out the care and went back into the store where you can tell by her tone she was annoye

Went to sallys at 1230 on a Tuesday. Lights off, no ones picking up the phone. Very obviously closed. Online said they were open. I waited thinking maybe one person was working and maybe they were on their lunch or something. Nothing. Shame cause I needed a ton of stuff for my hair. Ended up going to a different beauty supplier all together.

Unbelievably rude and deny returns and says they have no manager . Her name OLIVE is the rudest and laughed at me … didn’t even wanna give me corporate number . Ever other Sally’s has been amazing but they are so rude .

Visited this past weekend looking for nail products. Both attendants were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store was organized and clean.
