I didnt shop in-store I did a 2-hr delivery, got it in an hour with all products and a thank you note. Those delivery people are like ninjas I didn't even see them drop it off lol, nice.

I am big on customer service and when I walked in I wasn’t greeted like I am in other Sally Beauty stores. As I walked around looking for a specific product, the woman working never asked if I needed help finding anything, but asked other people that came in after me. She pretended to be busy when I walked up to the register and she still acted like I wasn’t right next to her. So I decided to be the bigger person. I said, excuse me, ma’am can you tell me if you have neutralizer? and then she directed me to the product that was directly behind her at the register she handled my transaction with courtesy, but you can tell when someone really doesn’t want to be bothered with you and that’s the type of energy when I felt at this particular store, I will probably never go here again because of

I usually love going to this Sally’s. We went in to get a suggestion on a color we were thinking about doing and were very excited. The lady we spoke to acted like she could care less to even speak to us. Had to prompt her to even suggest anything. We knew the process of doing it but just wanted a suggestion on the type of color we were going for. Lady with long hair with highlights. The other workers are always usually so nice.. this one acted like I bothered her.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Miss Lisa she was a tremendous help in helping me find a specific hair product for my wife. She was professional anda very well experienced, very polite, and made my shopping experience very easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would shop here again for sure thank you.
