Sally's used to be my go to for all my hair care needs, but I have not been in a while because I started to get my hair professionally done and used professionally grade hair care items. I decided to go in for some hair dye while I'm in between appointments and I was very shocked to see the price increase on everything in the store, the quality is OK, it is not professional grade so I'm still confused as to why the prices were so high, I ended up going to a local beauty supply store and getting exactly what I needed for half the cost. The staff in this location was very helpful, and very courteous.

I came here for assistance on what products I should use to get the hair color I wanted, the lady was friendly and helped me pick the products that would help me get something near what I wanted. It didn’t turned out how I wanted and I came the next day for a return on the items, I explained my situation to the lady because I wanted to make conversation and explain my disappointment without being mean or rude, she just replied with “I don’t care what happened, I just want to know if you want an exchange or just the refund.” I was shocked at the harsh tone and just decided to get my refund and leave.

I don't even bother coming to this location anymore. The shelves have items that never seem to be in stock. Things stocked in the wrong place. No help to find a comparable item from another brand. Just "oh we don't have it". Don't waste your time here and just go to the location on University.

Pretty standard Sally’s. Call before you waste time going though. Today they have employees inside, no lights on, are refusing entry to customers and won’t explain why. An employee came to the entrance at the same time I did and unlocked it, to tell me they were closed, relocked it, and left. This was 45 minutes after posted opening with no signs posted to indicate why this Saturday they were deciding to not do business. No idea what the issue is aside from clearly poor management. Guess it’s time to just stop wasting time buying local and move to the internet.
