Always have fairly positive experiences here. I went in recently to get some hair dye without knowing much about which brand or product was best and Diane was extremely helpful. If you need help with anything hair color definitely talk to Diane 😤

If I could give them zero stars, I would only because I dealt with a lady named Diane first off. I asked her where I could find color that would wash out for my five-year-old daughter’s hair and she led me to believe that a certain product was for that and I bought it. I put it in my daughter‘s hair it burnt her scalp and it was actually a permanent die. Second, I was looking for a real hair extensions and she told me a certain product was real hair and I bought it and when I put it in my hair and I started to straighten it, it started to melt… I am blind in one eye so I have really hard time reading descriptions so I went in there and I asked her if she knew every product she could really help me. Very disappointed that they don't have products for African American such as Lusters s curl spray they always carried & now they don't carry anymore. Definitely won't be back since this a big area for African American people & they pretty much pushed us out.

Whoever the two working on Black Friday were so helpful! I had my hair bleached and it’s dry as straw, they recommended a cowash and went home and used it and it’s day and night difference! Thank you you two!

I just left Sally's after a wonderful interaction with an informative woman who took the time to not only look for a product but direct me in the right direction as they did carry it. Excellent customer service.
