This store is ridiculous. My daughter and I went in to pick out hair color and no more than one minute into looking, 2 employees came and stood right next to us discussing the product labels that needed to be changed. One employee walked away and the other stood there for the next few minutes messing with a label and then just appeared to be standing there with her clipboard. It was extremely rude as we weren’t able to move around to look at the different brands and shades in stock. She didn’t even acknowledge us or offer assistance. Advice to employees- when people are trying to shop your store and the aisles are tiny, get out of the way and let them shop. If what you are doing is so pressing that you have to block product, you should be coming in before the store opens. We will just star

Got to Sally's and it wasn't even open. The employee has arrived yet it was supposed to open at 10 am and it's 1020 🤬

If you are black, please do not EVER shop here or spend any money with this business. I went in to look for a hair glue, immediately asked an associate for assistance with finding it instead of blindly searching the store. She was nowhere near helpful and came across extremely rude so I started looking myself. The manager came from the back room and was very rude giving me the dirtiest look following me around as if I was going to steal. Needless to say I was profiled and left the store. I will never shop here again and don’t advise anyone of color either. This is the 2nd time I have been profiled at a Sally’s, first time in Merced. And I definitely make way more money than anyone in that store.

Allows you to make pick up orders but the store is allegedly always out of stock of everything. They cancel your order without explanation.

I was profiled by store manager from the moment I walked in yes I am African American! Pretty sure make more money then all of them I was looking at a product trying only to confirm if it was a cream or gel form I had a lot of product in my arms already He immediately came over “em we don’t have testers ma’am no can I help you no do u have any questions I then advised him what I was trying to find out he said it was cream I asked him how he knew he said he didn’t then went to counter and very nice girl said thinks it’s gel but can bring back I asked for a manager she said he was. You need better management with people skills not there for paycheck Bad real Bad It wouldnt allow me to no Star I would have
