Sally Beauty

I visited Sally yesterday as a shopper, and Tracy was very patient in helping me find all the items. She made my shopping experience fun and easy. Thanks again, Tracy, for your excellent customer service and help.

I had a disappointing visit to Sally Beauty in Sterling, VA, today around 4:45 PM. When I approached the cashier with a question, she completely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. To make matters worse, the manager came over, and they proceeded to discuss accounts without paying any attention to me. I waited patiently to check out, but after some time, I just left my items on the shelf and walked out. It felt like I was in a ghost town—nobody said a word to me, not even an apology or an assurance that they would assist me shortly. I won’t be returning to this store again!

I went to Sally’s for some hair color and deep conditioner I found a lot of good deal but 2 get one free and new stuff, the people are very nice and welcoming always ask y oh if yo-yo need anything and try to help with what you need and give you good advice

Worker, Looks like she’s in her mid 40’s, grey hair & short. I came right when they opened at 10 AM and she was extremely rude. Had no sort of positive attitude. I do not reccomend this place neither interacting with this lady. She’s lucky I was feeling nice that day.

The woman inside Sally’s was quite rude. Heard her yelling at a customer to “swipe” her card instead of trying to insert it. she was using a VERY condescending tone. I was in the back of the store and could hear her getting aggressive from all the way across the store. won’t be returning lol i didn’t wanna buy my items because i didn’t wanna talk to her after seeing how she spoke to another customer.
