I’m going to give 3 stars cause I had to spend extra money due to the girl giving the WRONG advice. I asked so many questions and made sure to tell her “ when I try to bleach my hair, it turns orange/ bronze color due to me having red in my hair already.” She gave me a dye with GOLD in it. My hair turned orange -_-. I feel like I should have gotten half off of what I needed to buy or a refund for the previous purchase for being given the wrong product for what I was telling the girl I needed. I do however appreciate the girl in pink hair for helping me out today! My hair definitely looks better. Sally shouldn’t have Girls on the floor giving advice if they don’t know what they are talking about!

I've used the store location for years. I've never had an issue. Products are always stocked and the staff is always willing to help with questions or advice or just let me silently shop if I prefer. Great location.

emily was very helpful! i was roaming the store confused on what items to purchase to dye my hair pink for the very first time, she talked me through everything and suggested so many products. she made my visit very warm and welcoming, thank you for your kindness!
