These clippers are awesome. They're worth the money. $180 They cut clean and fast.

I walked into the store, picked out some hair products, and no one was there to check me out. I waited at the register for 5 minutes. Finally, I had to walk to the employee back door and call out. Then the girl that answered me didn't apologize. I advised her that she left a personal cell phone on the front of the register, and she rolled her eyes at me. Usually Sally is very friendly. Never received an apology either for having to hunt her down.

At store at 12:30pm on Tuesday June 13. Says on website open. Store locked closed and lights off. Drove an hour round trip for a closed store.

I believe it was Monday or Tuesday when I came into the store. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was having a hair crisis and they did not judge me at all. One of the sales associate I believe her name was Jase she was extremely sweet and knew her stuff and got me all the products I needed and now my hair is slowly but surely going back to normal.

4-9-18. Went to return a product the very next day after my hairdresser told me to wait a few months before I use it. The store employee didn't smile, say anything to me, and I seemed to be a pain in her side to do this return. The back of the receipt says they will "happily" refund my money. They obviously don't like working there. It shows.
