Rye at this location is amazing! She looked up a product that I was looking for that wasn't available at Sally's but found products that had all the same ingredients! She showed amazing customer service. I appreciate her. Give that gal a raise! Thank you!

Not neurodivergent-friendly or welcoming to selectively social individuals. I should be able to walk into a beauty supply store without being approached by employees every two minutes. If I need help, I know where to find you. Constant interruptions the moment I walk through the door make the experience overwhelming and uncomfortable. Sometimes, I’m just trying to quietly shop for personal items and leave, without being forced into interaction. Please respect that and stop asking customers if you can help them find anything before they even try to find what they are looking for in a store that's only 10×20 feet long. A simple "Welcome in, let me know if I can help you find anything" would suffice and leave it at that! Please stop following me around the store!

I went in I am obviously needing help I am walking around for 30 mins and the girls stands behind the counter with her phone. She has purple hair and was not very polite to me when she did decide she was going to help me. When I asked questions she was short and seems to want to rush back to her device after hearing it ding. I am disappointed ☹️ I used to shop here often for my supplies. However some the staff really don’t care for the customers it’s all about the hottest guy or some TikTok trend. I find that I will be shopping now at another location. That treats customers right and helps them not leaves them guessing!! Also was not given the right color for my hair… it was supposed be purple. It’s not that color.

Thank you to the Lady in the Beautiful yellow Dress who helped fill my online order, my daughter is extremely happy with how her hair turned out! Plus I love the well stocked color selection.

The actual store is fine, but DO NOT listen to employees here. They are very nice, but WILL completely mess up your hair if you listen to their recommendations. Do LOTS of research and call the store to see if they have the exact product you want. If they suggest another product look it up first because it'll probably turn your hair grey like it did mine.
