MELISSA IS AMAZING! I came in needing knowledge on products for dying my hair platinum blonde and she was so kind and patient and so helpful! My hair looks amazing and is still so healthy! That women is a saint!!!
I went with my friend to Sally Beauty supply store on Boston road in Springfield mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked and I was very impressed with the service that I received and I was very impressed with how the employees are helpful to customers and I would go back there again and I would recommend Sally Beauty supply store to everyone to go to for good service.
It would be nice if this location was opened the hours they say on Sundays! Instead they close earlier all the time...
