Karry and Lindsey were absolutely fantastic!!! I came into Sally’s today feeling TERRIBLE about my brassy yellow/orange hair and Karry immediately knew what to do about it after explaining I have no clue how to fix it!!! And over the phone Lindsey guided me step by step how to treat my hair!!! This place is excellent. They deserve a raise.

I said I didn’t need help. There were other people in there. The woman kept trying to help me. I repeated I didn’t need her help. She insisted on sharing her opinion with me, telling me that what I was purchasing would not work — blah, blah, blah. I repeated that I had used this *exact* formula before, and it worked just fine. She continued to talk over me, and down to me. I just wanted to get my stuff and get out — what should’ve taken no more than 3 minutes took much longer than that. When at the register, she CONTINUED TO TELL ME WHAT I WAS PURCHASING WOULD NOT WORK. I think I had repeated myself about a dozen or so times at this point, when I put my hand out like stop ✋🏼 and said, “I have made myself clear. You are not listening. This is the end of the discussion.” Because Zeetus Lapee

No joke, took one step in here to get some make up advice and the cashier was wearing CLOWN MAKE UP...NOPE NOT TODAY!!!!!! Not a good look for somewhere that sells make up! Ugh!

Absolutely incredible experience with McKenzie today. McKenzie was so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. We had a great time and really appreciated all her hard work to help us today.

I come in this store very often and have a good experience but today there was a worker I have never seen in the years of coming here and she was just rude when walking out saying things under her breath. I am very disappointed where this store has gone.
