Had a great experience at Sally Beauty. The customer service was excellent enough that I felt the need to write a review. Liz was so accommodating. I walked in the door at 5:59 and they closed at 6 but she was still happy to help me and didn't act frustrated that I walked in with only a minute to spare. She was also knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate the kindness and great customer service!!

I believe his name was Joseph 2401 Wellesley location 8/21/24 noon he was lovely and makes me want to drive out of my way to come to this location. I asked if he got some sort of incentive for a good google review and he said no but it’s ok and thank you for saying so it means a lot. I wish you did because it makes me want to have loyalty to a business.

Thank you to the young lady that was working the front desk on Saturday and Sunday you were very helpful and professional. Also thank you to the mom that was in the stored help us pick a better color to match the shade/tone of color that one of the girls wanted. You saved us all a bunch of disappointment.All three of us ended up loving our hair colors. I appreciate all the help we received in the last couple days.

The girls were both bright and bubbly right as I walked in. Definitely boosted my mood, and she helped me find exactly what I needed! My hair turned out perfect!
