I needed some hair color, and since my girlfriend whi is a successful hair stylist is not here I had to figure this one out on my own. The woman named Michelle was very nice and helpful. I needed bleach, gloves, brush, pink and blue. They don't have exactly what I use, since stephie gets it from a professional outlet in hermitage, TN. I got everything but the pink, they were out. I have a little left. Stephie happened to call when I got to where I'm staying for now right as I put bleach in. She said, it was a bit strong. I only left it in for a short time, and everything seemed to work out good. I now just need to go get the pink next time.

Nikita was great, she helped me exchange my hair dye, since I bought the wrong type. I was the first customer and she was just opening the store. But she did it quick, so I could get to my job in time. I will start going to this store for all my hair dye needs. Thanks to her.

Love this place, unlike beauty supply facilities. These individuals know hair, and it's a great place to discuss your possibilities for colors you want and how to do it. The cashiers are wonderful. I love this place get a great color and feel comfortable that it's going to be slamming

Sale items that are no longer on sale still have 40%off red stickers on them, but when you go to check out the taller blonde lady says the sale has ended & there is nothing they can do about it. While she is explaining the Sally’s rules and regulations to the lady at the register she could be removing all of the expired sale signs throughout the store. Then they only have large paper sacks. They don’t have any small bags. Today is Sunday, February 6, 2022. I usually shop online but decided to drive to the store today.

This was my 1st time in this location. I've been shopping with Sally's for YEARS and this is the worst location I've been too so far. There were two products that I was out of, I asked the manager she said they got a truck and was working on putting it out and I could come back tomorrow which is not a big deal, So what I did instead was I asked her if there was a product that she could recommend me that was similar to the one I was out of, She said that she was not sure and was just kind of scanning the area that I was standing in for similar product. She couldn't refer me to another product... Pretty sure she was the manager. The young lady who checked me out was sweet, but it took her a minute to get to the register when me and another lady had been standing up there for a couple of minu
