As a regular and loyal customer I came in to my local Sally’s to shop for my mom and I. Excited to spoil my mom and I wanted to take advantage of a Mother’s Day 20%off promotion on purchase. A girl with pink hair helped me out and wished I would have gotten her name. After she scanned all my items my total was $54 and I told her I had an amazing Mother’s Day promotion so she scanned, then gave me a full run around explaining that the coupon had expired and I told her it didn’t and expiration was May 16, 2025 then she said okay then it’s an online only then I proceeded to show her my screen saying it was an online and in store. I gave her my number then email and she said she had to rescan all the items and previously when she scanned the coupon my total amount went down $10 dollars then s

I stopped by this Sally's after a couple years of avoiding coming to this location because of the bad experiences my friends and I have had with the poor customer service from the managers and a few other employees. The other day I decided to pop in and just get a few things quickly and leave, I was greeted warmly by the one employee who was working the store on her own, she answered my questions and she recommended me some good hair treatments . I'm glad to say I left a happy customer and I appreciate the time Miss Jackie took to answer my questions and discuss products with me. Thank you for your help Jackie! Loved shopping here!! This really nice girl with dark brown hair helped me so much!! These were all on sale and she was so kind to help me pick what I needed. Thank you so much Melany and great customer service!!! She’s the best!!

Jackie C, is EXCELLENT! Every time I come into Sally's Jackie assists us with a smile and great attitude. She's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (which is a plus). She takes her time introducing products and because of her, I end up purchasing products that I didn't even knew were available for my type of hair. It's truly a pleasure to meet employees that really care for their customers and giving a good impression to the Sally's brand.

What’s the point of having two representatives on the sales floor? If the only one that’s helping out it was the girl with the glasses and the girl with the red hair couldn’t even help me at the register
