I have shopped here quite often. I went in lastnight 1/23/26 around 6:30ish. I was extremely unwelcomed into the store. There was a woman with a black sweatshirt and a man working, I walked in with my daughter and her friend, I was friendly and said hello. Neither one of them said hello welcome to sallys is there anything I can help you with. They didn't speak to us AT ALL As we were looking around the girl said " oh look at this" to the other employee ... something must have split or dropped. She said to the other employee "this was done in the last hour or even probably last half hour." She made it clear for us to feel whatever happened or split was our fault when we were in looking around. We didn't touch anything except the things we bought. The friendly woman working this morning was so helpful. She also assisted me on my last visit over a year ago, and she was awesome then, too.

The three staff members that were working today were incredibly patient with a particularly difficult customer who did not understand the limitations of the return period. They helped explain to her the policy, the option that she had (store credit), and the mechanics of their POS system that would not take the return outside of the return period. They were also very friendly and offered assistance to me multiple times. This store is very very lucky to have this quality of employees.
