I visited this store today to buy hair coloring, and the experience was unpleasant. I was with my grandniece, taking a small break from caring for my elderly parents, and hoped for a simple errand. Instead, the store manager stalked me over one basic item, which made me feel uncomfortable. She should understand what it feels like. Because of this, I won’t be buying this product here again. I’d rather order from Amazon and pay a little more than deal with that kind of treatment.

I went there yesterday (07/01) to pick up some hair dye and the lady working was SO wonderful! I wasn’t sure if the dye I was going to get would show up well on my hair and asked what lightening kit she would recommend and she got me all set up. 10/10 experience, will definitely come again!

I went to this location on 12/9 and the associate was sooo nice. She helped me find everything I needed, and greeted all of her customers while doing so. She made the experience so easy and so fast, I’m truly grateful.

I went here to get some hair supplies, but the lady at the front was extremely rude. She didn’t even bag any of my items—just threw everything onto the counter and let me walk out carrying it all.
